Hi, I’m Monica — a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach. I support individuals navigating disordered eating, body image concerns, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in painful patterns, working through grief, anxiety, or perfectionism, or facing the emotional complexities of fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, or unwanted pregnancy — you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore what’s weighing on you and to reconnect with your inner strength.
My work is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I integrate these approaches in a way that supports deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and meaningful, lasting change.
I believe that struggling with painful experiences and emotions is a deeply human experience — one that deserves compassion, curiosity, and care. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Hi, I’m Taryn — and if you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, you’re not alone. I help people navigate life transitions, heal from relational and sexual trauma, and build more connected, empowered relationships — with others and with themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and real. I create a space where all parts of you are welcome — especially the ones that feel too complicated, messy, or painful to say out loud. Whether you’re working through intimacy issues, exploring your identity, or untangling the effects of trauma, we’ll work together at your pace, with compassion and curiosity.
I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with specialized training in Sex Therapy from the University of Guelph, and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Before becoming a therapist, I spent seven years supporting people impacted by human trafficking, exploitation, and domestic violence — and that deep, lived understanding of resilience informs everything I do.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place to start. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

Hi, I’m Jessica — a Registered Clinical Counsellor and the founder of Yaletown Counselling. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to feel more connected, more grounded, and more in charge of their emotional lives.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, low self-worth, grief, or major life transitions, you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, direct, and collaborative approach that meets you where you’re at — and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These methods help us understand the deeper parts of you — the protective strategies, the pain beneath them, and the strengths waiting to emerge.
I believe strong relationships — with others and with yourself — are at the heart of a meaningful life. If you’re ready to do the deeper work of healing and growth, I’m here to support you.
